We can ship wetsuits, accessories, bodyboards & skimboards to all EU and most NON-EU countries. We offer this at a fixed rate regardless of product and the charges can be seen below. Shipping costs will be applied at checkout depending on the delivery address you enter. We use DPD or Parcel Force for this service and shipping usually takes 3 – 5 working days.  Please note we cannot ship surfboards outside of the UK and Ireland.

Other International

Returns & Exchanges

If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it can be exchanged and/or refunded within 60 days from the date of purchase. All returns should be sent back to us at the following address:

If you require an urgent exchange, it would be quicker to place a new order online first, then return the existing item (as per our normal returns process) for a full refund.

Please ensure you complete the returns form provided with your order and include it with the returned item/s.  If you misplace the returns form then please contact us on +44 (0) 1363 773005 or email us at sales@circle-one.co.uk and we will arrange for a duplicate to be sent to you.

Returns must be UNUSED with ORIGINAL TAGS attached and in the ORIGINAL packaging (where applicable) and in a resalable condition. This is the only way we can issue a refund or arrange an exchange. It is usually the case you can re-use the packaging the order came in to send goods back to us. In the case of the Surfboards and related products, please ensure (if possible) you use the original reinforcement material contained in the packaging to minimise potential damage. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, Circle One reserves the right not to refund the item and arrange to send the item back to you at your expense.

The cost of returns is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, faulty, or the wrong item. All returned goods remain your responsibility until they reach us. We advise you to use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery.

As soon as returned goods reach us, we will process your refund and you will be notified accordingly.

SURFBOARD DELIVERY

Due to their more fragile construction, we make an extra effort to pack our surfboards really well in order to minimise damage in transit. It is rare that damages occur but we strongly urge you to inspect the board and packaging at the point of delivery. If you find any damage to the product or packaging, please sign as ‘damaged’ and contact us on +44 (0) 1363 773005 at your earliest convenience.

Payment

We support most main forms of payment including CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS, PAYPAL, APPLE PAY and GOOGLE PAY.   We use the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) for all orders placed. This encryption allows a high level security for your transactions. Transmission of your card details and personal details are fully secure.

For UK customers, if you wish to spread the payments of your purchase, we recommend signing up to PayPal Credit which is open to anyone with a PayPal account. This gives you 0% interest for purchases over £99 over 4 months and is really easy to sign up to.  We also partner with Klarna who offer Pay in 3 instalments or pay in 30 days options.
