- Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days.
- All EU orders are DDP (VAT & duty paid) – the price you see is the final price.
- We ship wetsuits, accessories, bodyboards, and skimboards across Europe – sorry, not surfboards (yet!).

Returns & Exchanges
60-Day Returns
You can return or exchange any item within 60 days of receiving it.
Items must be:
- Unused
- With original tags
- In original packaging (you may re-use ours)
Return Shipping
Whichever of the below Return Options you choose, return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is:
- Faulty
- Damaged
- Incorrect item (please note this does not apply to sizes, e.g. too small)
For surfboards and fragile items, please use a tracked and insured service.

OPTION 1 — Online Returns Portal (Recommended)

- We’ll review it
- We’ll email you with return instructions
- You can post the item back whenever ready
OPTION 2 — Return by Post (Printable Form)

Please obtain proof of postage. Items remain your responsibility until received.
🔄 Exchanges
Fastest option: place a new order for the item you want, then return your original for a full refund.
You may also request a like-for-like exchange on your returns form (subject to stock availability).
💳 Refunds
- We’ll email you when your return has been received and inspected.
- Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method.
- Your bank/card issuer may take additional time to process the refund.
🇪🇺 EU Cooling-Off Period
EU customers have 14 days from receiving their order to cancel and return it. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
🛡️ Surfboard / Skimboard Deliveries
Where possible, please inspect your board on delivery. In the rare event it's damaged, sign for it as ‘damaged’ and contact us immediately.
