- All EU orders are DDP (VAT & duty paid) – the price you see is the final price.
- We ship wetsuits, accessories, bodyboards, and skimboards across Europe – sorry, not surfboards (yet!).

🔁 Returns & Exchanges
- Return/exchange items within 60 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
- Use the original packaging to return, especially for surfboards (to avoid damage).
- Include the returns form with your item. Lost it? Please contact us and we’ll send another.

Where possible, please inspect your board on delivery. In the rare event it's damaged, sign for it as ‘damaged’ and contact us immediately.
