Please inspect your board before signing for delivery.
If there is any visible damage to the outer packaging, sign as "DAMAGED" before accepting. Then contact us immediately at sales@circle-one.co.uk.

FAQs

Will I be charged import duty or VAT when ordering from the EU?
We ship all EU orders DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning we cover import duties and VAT before your order leaves the UK. In most cases there is nothing further to pay on delivery. Customs procedures can occasionally vary by country, so if you have concerns please contact us before ordering.
I ordered after 2pm — when will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on UK Bank Holidays are dispatched the next working day. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Can I get a surfboard delivered to Europe or overseas?
Surfboards and large soft-top SUP boards cannot currently be shipped to EU destinations. Surfboards 6ft and over also cannot be shipped internationally. For smaller boards or specific queries, please contact us.
Why is delivery more expensive to the Highlands, Islands or Northern Ireland?
Carriers apply additional surcharges for remote and island locations (UK Zones 2 & 3) due to extra handling and logistics. We pass these on at cost. The Republic of Ireland falls into the same rate band.
My country isn't in the EU list — can you still deliver?
Possibly. Get in touch and we'll let you know what's possible and provide a quote if we can deliver to your location.
My board arrived damaged — what should I do?
Sign for the parcel as "DAMAGED" before accepting — this step is essential for any claim. Then contact us straight away at sales@circle-one.co.uk or call 01363 773005. Photos of the damage and packaging are very helpful.
