Returns & Warranties
If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it can be exchanged and/or refunded within 60 days from the date of purchase. All returns should be sent back to us, the details can be found here.
If you require an urgent exchange, it would be quicker to place a new order online first, then return the existing item (as per our normal returns process) for a full refund.
Please ensure you complete the returns form provided with your order and include it with the returned item/s. If you misplace the returns form then please contact us on +44 (0) 1363773005 or email us at sales@circle-one.co.uk and we will arrange for a duplicate to be sent to you.
Returns must be UNUSED with ORIGINAL TAGS attached and in the ORIGINAL packaging (where applicable) and in a resalable condition. This is the only way we can issue a refund or arrange an exchange. It is usually the case you can re-use the packaging the order came in to send goods back to us.
In the case of the Surfboards and related products, please ensure (if possible) you use the original reinforcement material contained in the packaging to minimise potential damage. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, Circle One reserves the right not to refund the item and arrange to send the item back to you at your expense.
The cost of returns is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, faulty, or the wrong item. All returned goods remain your responsibility until they reach us. We advise you to use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery.
As soon as returned goods reach us, we will process your refund and you will be notified
accordingly.
The inflatable SUP (iSUP) market can be a minefield; there is so much choice out there so finding the right balance of Quality versus Price can be daunting. The 10ft 6 iSUP from Australian Board Company (ABC) is manufactured in the same factory as our bullet-proof Circle One branded iSUP boards which are used by outdoor centres and rental so at least you can be assured of the superior craftsmanship in the manufacture of these boards.
The ABC iSUP package sits firmly in the 'mid-range' price bracket. It is not the cheapest out there but there is a good reason why this board is priced in the mid-range and what you are paying for are premium materials and top quality control processes thanks to our direct long-standing relationships with the factory.
The ABC iSUP also benefits from Circle One's years of shaping expertise to create a board with the right amount of width across the whole length of the board and rocker on the nose to ensure a super-stable ride and predictable tracking. At 6in thick it is also perfect as an option for the whole family and has enough volume for the heavier rider (and the dog!). These boards are 10Kg which demonstrates their robust construction (budget iSUP options are typically much lighter which is not a good thing as the lighter the board, the less materials.)
Ideal for all skill levels, the ABC iSUP combines the perfect blend of balance, weight and size to be a favourite all-rounder the whole family can use. They are excellent for recreational flat water use and rigid enough for small wave riding and when you add in the practical advantages such as easy storage, transportation and durability, it's no wonder this board is so popular.

Wetsuit Recycling
At Circle One, we've gone one step further to combatting the on-going problem of end-of-life wetsuits ending up in landfill. As part of our commitment to sustainability, we operate a wetsuit recycling / re-purposing scheme in partnership with Barefoot Tech based in South Wales. Barefoot Tech take the usable material from end-of-life wetsuits and neoprene accessories and turn them into unique, fashionable accessories. Check out the Barefoot Tech website here.
