Returns & Warranties
If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it can be exchanged and/or refunded within 60 days from the date of purchase. All returns should be sent back to us, the details can be found here.
If you require an urgent exchange, it would be quicker to place a new order online first, then return the existing item (as per our normal returns process) for a full refund.
Please ensure you complete the returns form provided with your order and include it with the returned item/s. If you misplace the returns form then please contact us on +44 (0) 1363773005 or email us at sales@circle-one.co.uk and we will arrange for a duplicate to be sent to you.
Returns must be UNUSED with ORIGINAL TAGS attached and in the ORIGINAL packaging (where applicable) and in a resalable condition. This is the only way we can issue a refund or arrange an exchange. It is usually the case you can re-use the packaging the order came in to send goods back to us.
In the case of the Surfboards and related products, please ensure (if possible) you use the original reinforcement material contained in the packaging to minimise potential damage. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, Circle One reserves the right not to refund the item and arrange to send the item back to you at your expense.
The cost of returns is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, faulty, or the wrong item. All returned goods remain your responsibility until they reach us. We advise you to use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery.
As soon as returned goods reach us, we will process your refund and you will be notified
accordingly.
Protect your favourite surfboard with our classic surfboard bag, designed with years of real-world experience. These bags are crafted from high-quality materials to be lightweight yet durable, perfect for storing your board, securing it on your car roof as you head to the beach or taking through the airport.. Each surfboard and SUP bag features 5mm thick high-density foam padding and tough 600D outer fabric for excellent protection during storage or travel.
For bags 7ft 6 and above, we've included an opening at the bottom to accommodate a long centre fin without needing to remove it. The zip opens around the nose with a wide opening halfway down the board, making it easy to slide your board in and out. Circle One Surfboard and SUP bags are generously sized to fit the board dimensions stated, with added width in the nose and tail to accommodate mal shapes and wider boards. If you're unsure if a bag will fit your board, refer to the size guide below for dimensions and unloaded weight.

Wetsuit Recycling
At Circle One, we've gone one step further to combatting the on-going problem of end-of-life wetsuits ending up in landfill. As part of our commitment to sustainability, we operate a wetsuit recycling / re-purposing scheme in partnership with Barefoot Tech based in South Wales. Barefoot Tech take the usable material from end-of-life wetsuits and neoprene accessories and turn them into unique, fashionable accessories. Check out the Barefoot Tech website here.
