Returns & Warranties
If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it can be exchanged and/or refunded within 60 days from the date of purchase. All returns should be sent back to us, the details can be found here.
If you require an urgent exchange, it would be quicker to place a new order online first, then return the existing item (as per our normal returns process) for a full refund.
Please ensure you complete the returns form provided with your order and include it with the returned item/s. If you misplace the returns form then please contact us on +44 (0) 1363773005 or email us at sales@circle-one.co.uk and we will arrange for a duplicate to be sent to you.
Returns must be UNUSED with ORIGINAL TAGS attached and in the ORIGINAL packaging (where applicable) and in a resalable condition. This is the only way we can issue a refund or arrange an exchange. It is usually the case you can re-use the packaging the order came in to send goods back to us.
In the case of the Surfboards and related products, please ensure (if possible) you use the original reinforcement material contained in the packaging to minimise potential damage. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, Circle One reserves the right not to refund the item and arrange to send the item back to you at your expense.
The cost of returns is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, faulty, or the wrong item. All returned goods remain your responsibility until they reach us. We advise you to use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery.
As soon as returned goods reach us, we will process your refund and you will be notified
accordingly.
Our double surfboard bag is built with extra depth and gusset room with a fully padded internal divider. We manufacture the double bags for a generous fit and there is plenty of room to hold up to 2 boards and even extra kit.
Constructed from the same quality materials and 5mm padding as our regular single surfboard bags and SUP board bags, these bags are tough and built to last the distance. This double surfboard bag has 3 velcro compression points to reduce the gusset depth when transporting only one board - providing for a neater fit.
Circle One surfboard bags are engineered to provide maximum protection for your board and make travel to far off destinations as easy as cruising to your local break. All bags 7ft 6 length and above have a velcro centre fin opening on bottom of the bag to accommodate longer centre fins without having to remove the fin from the board.

Wetsuit Recycling
At Circle One, we've gone one step further to combatting the on-going problem of end-of-life wetsuits ending up in landfill. As part of our commitment to sustainability, we operate a wetsuit recycling / re-purposing scheme in partnership with Barefoot Tech based in South Wales. Barefoot Tech take the usable material from end-of-life wetsuits and neoprene accessories and turn them into unique, fashionable accessories. Check out the Barefoot Tech website here.
