We use a full 1.5mm thick bamboo sheet In our production process making the bamboo an integral part of the board's sandwich construction. This results in a board with exceptional strength-to-weight ratio and unique flex and response characteristics. It's important to note some other brand's boards marketed as 'bamboo' may only use a paper-thin printed bamboo-effect veneer (as little as 0.2mm thick) which, while it still looks good, offers no structural benefit. Returns & Warranties
If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it can be exchanged and/or refunded within 60 days from the date of purchase. All returns should be sent back to us, the details can be found here.
If you require an urgent exchange, it would be quicker to place a new order online first, then return the existing item (as per our normal returns process) for a full refund.
Please ensure you complete the returns form provided with your order and include it with the returned item/s. If you misplace the returns form then please contact us on +44 (0) 1363773005 or email us at sales@circle-one.co.uk and we will arrange for a duplicate to be sent to you.
Returns must be UNUSED with ORIGINAL TAGS attached and in the ORIGINAL packaging (where applicable) and in a resalable condition. This is the only way we can issue a refund or arrange an exchange. It is usually the case you can re-use the packaging the order came in to send goods back to us.
In the case of the Surfboards and related products, please ensure (if possible) you use the original reinforcement material contained in the packaging to minimise potential damage. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, Circle One reserves the right not to refund the item and arrange to send the item back to you at your expense.
The cost of returns is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, faulty, or the wrong item. All returned goods remain your responsibility until they reach us. We advise you to use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery.
As soon as returned goods reach us, we will process your refund and you will be notified
accordingly.
SURFBOARD DELIVERY
Due to their more fragile construction, we make an extra effort to pack our surfboards
really well in order to minimise damage in transit. It is rare that damages occur but we strongly urge you to inspect the board and packaging at the point of delivery. If you find any damage to the product or packaging, please sign as
‘damaged’ and contact us on +44 (0) 1363 773005 at your earliest convenience.
