60-Day Returns
We operate a 60-day returns policy. Items must be unused with tags and original packaging.
Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is:
- Faulty
- Damaged
- Incorrect item (excluding sizing issues)

Surfboards & Bulky Items
For surfboards and large items, we recommend a door-to-door collection service. It’s usually the easiest and most cost-effective option.
Boards remain your responsibility until received. Please use the original box and protective packaging to prevent transit damage.

Fastest option: place a new order and return the original for a refund. Like-for-like exchanges are subject to stock.
